With the stock market declining, banks failing, massive layoffs, and
businesses, large and small closing daily, I went on a quest to find some sort of quick fix or bailout solution for the average, everyday person. In my opinion it's the little guy that needs the help.

My search lead me to a small businessman just outside of San Antonio that had an advertising business he worked from his home office. My initial question to him was, "How's business?" To my surprise, his response was "Great!" Intrigued by this, I asked him to elaborate. Believe it or not, this was the first positive reply to "How's business?" that I had gotten in two days.

This is what he told me. About 18 months ago his advertising
